Terms of service
Last updated 8 September 2026. This is the early-access version. The full document will replace it before general availability, and we will notify every workspace owner when it does.
The service
uBumi provides AI employees that prepare and, with your approval, carry out work inside the tools you connect. During early access the service is provided as is, may change without notice, and may be interrupted.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the instructions you give, the policies you set, and the actions you approve. Anything that leaves your company, touches money, or deletes data is held for a person unless you have explicitly set a policy to let it through.
You must have the right to connect the accounts you connect and to share the content you share.
Acceptable use
No spam, no impersonation, no harassment, no unlawful use. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, uBumi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
