uBumi is a product of EveryBrain AI, built in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Every workspace is set up around your company's goals and where you want to grow: we configure your team to the way your business actually works, connect it to the tools you already run, and stay with you once it is running. You get a working system and people who answer, not a login and a help centre.
The problem we started from
Growing companies do not lack ideas or customers. They lack execution capacity: follow-ups slip, publishing goes quiet, records go stale, and leaders cannot see how much work is waiting. Buying more disconnected AI tools does not fix that, because the tools do not share context or finish a job end to end.
What we believe
- A few well-configured employees beat a crowd of generic ones. Amina runs operations, Pendo runs content, Jabari runs growth and holds the others to a number.
- AI employees should live where people already work: the inbox, the calendar, the phone, your meetings, Slack. Not another dashboard.
- The owner decides what runs on its own and what waits for a person. Every action is logged.
- Outside content is data, not instructions. Email bodies and web pages never get to tell an employee what to do.
- Your mail stays yours. We connect to the mailbox on your own domain rather than routing your email through a third party.
Who it is for
Agencies, consultancies, professional services firms, SaaS teams, and associations of roughly ten to two hundred people, in North America and Europe, that have outgrown boxed AI tools and are not yet an enterprise account.
Where we are, honestly
Early access. We are onboarding a small number of founding customers at a time, and we would rather say that plainly than show a wall of logos we have not earned. What works today: a phone receptionist on your own number, meeting attendance with notes and a takeaways email, a mailbox on your domain, text confirmations and reminders, articles published to your site and shared on LinkedIn and Facebook, documents and slide decks, and the whole team reachable from Slack. What is still coming is listed in the open, on the feature page inside the product.
What you can check
- uBumi is operated by a company registered in Canada, verified with Meta for business use and with Microsoft as a publisher.
- Payments run through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
- Our security page lists every sub-processor by name, what it sees, and where it runs.
- Data deletion is documented and self-serve: disconnect an account or delete a workspace and it is gone.
- We have no SOC 2 report, and we say so on the security page rather than implying otherwise.
