Capacity without complexity
uBumi gives growing organizations a small, coordinated AI workforce that works inside the tools they already run, under rules they set, with a record of everything it did.
The problem we started from
Growing companies do not lack ideas or customers. They lack execution capacity: follow-ups slip, publishing goes quiet, records go stale, and leaders cannot see how much work is waiting. Buying more disconnected AI tools does not fix that, because the tools do not share context or finish a job end to end.
What we believe
- Three well-configured employees beat seven generic ones. Amina runs operations, Pendo runs content, Jabari runs growth and holds the other two to a number.
- AI employees should live where people already work: the inbox, the calendar, the CRM, Slack or Teams. Not another dashboard.
- Nothing leaves the company without a person's approval unless the owner decided otherwise. Every action is logged.
- Outside content is data, not instructions. Email bodies and web pages never get to tell an employee what to do.
- Setup is done with you. Self-serve deployments are usually set up wrong; a configured one is not.
Who it is for
Agencies, consultancies, professional services firms, SaaS teams, and associations of roughly ten to two hundred people, in North America and Europe, that have outgrown boxed AI tools and are not yet an enterprise account.
Where we are
Early access, onboarding a small number of founding customers at a time. Gmail and Google Calendar are connected; mail on your own domain and Microsoft 365 are next, then CRM and publishing tools, then a phone receptionist. The audit log, approval policies, and shadow mode are live today.
Talk to a person
Questions, partnerships, or help with a workspace: support@ubumiai.com. A person answers, not an AI employee.
Early access
See Amina and Pendo on your own inbox.
A configured pilot, two weeks of shadow mode, nothing sent without your approval.
